HEATHER GRAYSON AGNP-BC
Heather has been a Registered Nurse since 2013 and became licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in 2017 due to her strong desire to become a better advocate for her patients. She has lived in Azle on Eagle Mountain Lake since 2015. Heather has experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, Assisted Living/Memory Care, and Palliative/Hospice Care. Her goal is to help adults of all ages achieve their healthiest life, whether it be holistic, medication driven, or a combination approach.
